I’m Lauren Wilde—an astrologer, spiritual teacher, and transformation guide devoted to helping people remember who they truly are. My work centers on the yoga of self-realization: helping people see themselves clearly, release the identities that no longer fit, and step into the most authentic and powerful version of themselves. Through astrology, ritual, shadow work, and grounded self-mastery practices, I guide my clients through the process of awakening, healing, and consciously embodying their highest potential. I believe transformation isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reclaiming the truth of who you’ve always been and learning how to live from that place with courage, clarity, and sovereignty.

Outside of my work, my life is full and beautifully human. I’m part of a big blended family with six incredible boys, and my partnership with James is one of the greatest anchors in my life. When I’m not teaching or guiding clients, you’ll usually find me on a yoga mat, out hiking, on the golf course, or spending time with my circle of powerful, inspiring women. My work is deeply spiritual, but it’s also rooted in real life—the relationships we build, the joy we create, and the courage it takes to keep choosing growth, love, and authenticity every day.

I am a Professional Astrologer, Clear Channel and Tarot Practitioner, and Master Teacher of The Esoteric Arts. I am a certified medium and channel.

I am an ancestor initiationated Shaman rooted in the practices of Seidr (norse shamanism), Welsh and Celtic Shamanism. I have also birthed a system I call Diamond Mind to uncover the various multidimensional parts of oneself, through various timelines and lifetimes for healing and integration.

I am a 500 hr Certified Yoga Instructor with over 1000 hours studying and practicing various forms of yogic practice ranging from Hatha Yoga to Kundalini, Ijhana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, and more.

I am a certified trauma informed life coach with a background in personal training, holistic health coaching, and somatic intelligence. I teach root up practices and prioritize integration pauses for heavy spiritual transformation work.

I have been in Spiritual Leadership for over 16 years . From Pastor to Priestess, I have always been in devotion and service to the divine. As an ordained minister and previous Christian Pastor to High Priestess I have studied the main religions for over 20 years. I am both a student and teacher of spirituality and personal development. I always will be.
