I’m Lauren Wilde—an astrologer, spiritual teacher, and transformation guide devoted to helping people remember who they truly are. My work centers on the yoga of self-realization: helping people see themselves clearly, release the identities that no longer fit, and step into the most authentic and powerful version of themselves. Through astrology, ritual, shadow work, and grounded self-mastery practices, I guide my clients through the process of awakening, healing, and consciously embodying their highest potential. I believe transformation isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reclaiming the truth of who you’ve always been and learning how to live from that place with courage, clarity, and sovereignty.

Outside of my work, my life is full and beautifully human. I’m part of a big blended family with six incredible boys, and my partnership with James is one of the greatest anchors in my life. When I’m not teaching or guiding clients, you’ll usually find me on a yoga mat, out hiking, on the golf course, or spending time with my circle of powerful, inspiring women. My work is deeply spiritual, but it’s also rooted in real life—the relationships we build, the joy we create, and the courage it takes to keep choosing growth, love, and authenticity every day.
